This policy applies to all football/sports turf slot bookings made via our website (www.mymensinghturfandtreat.com) or official helpline/WhatsApp. By confirming a slot with an advance payment to our bKash Merchant account (01620278838), customers agree to the terms below.
- Cancellation & Refund Timeline
Refund eligibility is strictly determined by how far in advance written notice is received prior to the scheduled slot start time:- 7 Days or more before slot: 100% Refund (Full advance refunded)
- 4 Days to 7 Days before slot: 75% Refund (25% cancellation charge retained)
- 72 Hours to 4 Days before slot: 50% Refund (50% cancellation charge retained)
- 48 Hours to 72 Hours before slot: 25% Refund (75% cancellation charge retained)
- Less than 48 Hours before slot: No Refund (0% — advance fully forfeited)
- Rescheduling & No-Show Terms
- Rescheduling: Any slot reschedule request must comply with the notice timeline above. Requests placed less than 48 hours prior to the match are considered late cancellations (no reschedule/no refund).
- No-Show: Failure to arrive at the venue for the booked slot results in 100% forfeiture of the advance.
- Weather & Pitch Conditions: Our turf features an all-weather drainage surface designed for play during normal rain. In cases of extreme weather (e.g., severe lightning/storms) or venue maintenance closures, management will offer a free slot reschedule or a 100% full refund.
- Refund Settlement Process
- Source Account: Approved refunds will only be sent back to the original payment source (e.g., sender bKash number).
- Settlement Timeline: Refunds are reviewed and processed within 24 to 48 business hours.
- No Cash Refund: No cash refunds are handed out at the turf counter for online/merchant transactions.
